This form is required for all members of the marching band, percussion symphony, and winter guard programs. Your signature is an agreement to meet the scheduled payments and participate in required volunteering, if applicable, as shown on the document. You will receive a monthly statement from the Franklin Central Band Boosters showing your current balance owed.
