Welcome to our New Vendor Application. We are excited for our 5th Annual Franklin Central Bands Holiday Craft Fair. Our Craft Fair will be held on Saturday November 23, 2024.
This is the application to be a vendor. If you are selected to be a vendor, you will receive a separate link to make a payment for this year's Craft Fair.

Instructions: Please complete the form below. All fields below are required except for the note, if you do not have a business name, please enter your name in that box. Please keep the quantity at 1. Once you have completed all the fields, hit add to cart (there is no charge for this transaction). Next hit "view the cart". From there, you will enter your contact information and then hit "place your order". Once your application is received, we will send you a link to our payment portal separately.
